Are you considering divorce? Have you decided to divorce? Are you looking for support in this process separate from traditional therapy models? A divorce coach works in the world of divorce often filling the gap between lawyers and therapists. We cannot provide legal advice or therapeutic interventions, but we can offer clarity and listening ear in a time of life where everything feels upside down and clarity.
Why hire a divorce coach? I have positive and professional relationships with many local attorneys and mediators, all of whom I have the utmost respect for. I curate my professional relationships to ensure that my personal values align with theirs. Values alignment is a crucial component to my professional goals and success. On a national scale, I am part of a trusted network of highly compassionate, honest and real coaches. We are fortunate that we can lean on each other should we encounter specific issues we are less familiar with. My access to knowledge about the process of divorce, what your lawyer or mediator is considering and knowledge of the court process allows me to help you show up to meetings as your true and strong self. My background as a therapist allows me to offer a compassionate listening ear and quick assessment of the “why’s” hiding behind the here and now.
How does our relationship work? While not bound by HIPAA, maintaining a high level of confidentiality is paramount to my responsibility to my clients, only sharing information discussed with your permission. I am also comfortable with signing NDAs as needed. I offer coaching packages allowing us to meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as needed.
What is the investment? Depending on where you are in the process I offer 3 different packages, ranging from 3 sessions to 12 sessions. I also encourage taking advantage of a complimentary 15 minute phone call so we can learn more about each other and determine if working together is ideal for you and your unique situation.
Do you have references? Due to the sensitive and private nature of the work I do, I do not collect reviews or ask for testimonials. However, I am happy to share general feedback from clients without identifying features.
