Stop the Spiral.
Feel Like yourself again.
Whether you’re navigating high-conflict relationships or just trying to survive the 24-hour news cycle, I help high-achievers find their footing when the world won't stop moving.
Can you relate?
It feels “It’s me, hi, I’m the problem, it’s me” written for you?
Do you feel like you’re at the mercy of circumstances happening to you, not for you?
You’re used to crushing it…until now?
Do you give more than you receive in your relationships?
Are you exhausted from over explaining and being misunderstood?
Have you been asking yourself “what comes next?" Does thinking about the future scare you?
Has “divorce” entered the chat?
Are you doing your best to co-parent with a difficult co-parent?
Does happiness feel out of reach?
Do you fear connection because it always leads to disappointment or loss?
The chaos ends here. Let’s take your life back. Life is for living.
So, how can you help me anyway?
Whether you’re navigating a high conflict divorce or simply trying to survive the 24/7 news cycle, I help high achievers find their footing when it feels like the world is spiraling out of control.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker, mom (of kids and dogs), divorcee, co-parent & professional who’s worn many (MANY) hats.
I’ve been told my energy is inviting and magnetic. People feel at ease with me. After years working for the state government and safety net hospitals, I’m on a mission to help executives & families (moms, dads, & their kids) find their path, their joy, & their purpose.
OKAY, cool, but how?
I don’t have a one-size fits all approach. Our sessions are collaborative, guided, deep, & occasionally uncomfortable (my job is to help you feel calm in discomfort).
Is trauma is holding you back? Do you startle easily? EMDR may be for you.
If you can’t seem to focus, I am competent in treating ADHD.
If you freak out when you hear the news, you’ll learn effective grounding techniques.
If your stomach hurts, or you have frequent headaches, we tap into somatic work (it’s a whole body experience-the brain and the body are one).
If you’re scared of love, or if love has hurt you, attachment work comes into play.
